Cop may have overexerted her authority but it's hard for me to believe that anyone would just be happening to skate along while being recorded, hop onto whatever you want to call that piece of architecture and skate right by an officer as though "it's all good." Considering that a citizen cannot TOUCH a law officer, how can a law officer react in such a manner without warning of a "crime" being committed? She was OK until she saw the video camera. This is not decent police interaction. This is Badge Bully Bullshoy! She should apologize to this kid, tell him to NOT pull a stunt like this again, and hope that's the end of it. If he has any injuries (other than bruises) that could be a problem. The only "victim" here was the skater.
