  • The reason you have no stability and stumble either forward or backwards is because you have legs like toothpicks and clearly strength in your ankles like a pre-pubescent schoolgirl. Maybe you should invest in a full length mirror and a squat rack.

  • @586019 I do times sets like with Tabatas. With only 100 LBS or less like reps of 20-30. Or standard weight sets as well if you like, 5x5 or 4x6.
