What would happen if this Oregon team were to play a Duke? Would the score be like 80-0 Duke or is this team somewhat good? I don't follow lacrosse just curious as to the talent levels of this league compared to the east coast colleges.

@NumberOneCollegeFan There have been some games between top MCLA teams and NCAA D1. Mostly scrimmages. No it would not be 80-0, but Duke would win easily. University of Michigan, was the three time MCLA champion. This spring they move to NCAA D1. It will be interesting to see how it goes. I will try to attach the final Oregon vs Michigan game to this response.

@Toastowns2 Oregon plays in the PNCLL, Pacific Northwest Colliegiate Lacrosse League, which is part of the MCLA, Mens Collegiate Lacrosse League. Other members, Oregon State, U of Washington, Simon Fraser, Boise State, University of Idaho and a couple more.

@Toastowns2 MCLA is club, not NCAA, but it is really well organized and competitive. About 212 teams, nation wide with a championship tournament each spring. Only 3 NCAA lacrosse teams on the west coast, all of them are D2.

@armyfan50 I don't think it will happen soon. It would take interest on the athletic department and on up for lacrosse and there is no sign of that now. No D1 schools west of Denver.

based on the fact that the weight room is the same that the d1 football team uses as well as all the other d1 athletes at the school...yeah i'd say the weight room is pretty state of the art
