I like that we picked up Day Nguyen on Defense, and we also reworked our special teams.

I think Texas might have a small off year, without the Colt/Shipley clutch card it's gonna be tough, but Mack always manages to bring out a new outstanding QB.

HUGE TEXAS fan...but the voters have already forgotten the egg that Ingram laid last week against arch rival Auburn, and will only remember Colt's 3 ints and Ingram's 3 (very, very short) TD runs last night.

Sometimes life sux...but on an upnote, Texas #1 run defense is still intact...and what will be overshadowed by McCoy's lack-luster play against NEB, is that our defense only allowed 106 total yds and only 67 net rushing yds...Bring on that Bama team !!!

If Johnson didn't play such a suberb game I would be all over Muschamp. Aggies are young, inconsistant, but definately legit. Watch out for A&M in 2010. Aggies are rivals but still family that I always want to be good, except for one game of the year. Hope A&M continues getting better so this is more importantly nationally every year, not just regionally.  Hate to say it but college football is better when A&M, Miami, and Notre Dame are good. Couldn't agree more. As an Aggie fan, I can't tell you how disappointed I've been the last decade or so. Texas has really dominated this series basically since we fired RC Slocum, and Texas has dominated. I don't think we're on Texas' level yet, but this rivalry needs to get back to the way it was when every year, the game had conference and national championsip implications. Texas, congrats on the win, I wish Colt could have played in the NC, but I look forward to playin y'all in Austin!

i'm a huge texas fan...go to all the home games....and i have never seen the D play that bad for an entire game....not since those old OU games....in the past they would play bad but then wake up late in the game and make some plays....but in this game they never showed up...it was like a basketball game....luckily colt (pistola mccoy) was on fire....our offense can do whatever they want....as long as greg davis calls good plays ....muschamp has alot of work to do though

I have watched them a lot. Jerrod Johnson has been very inconsistent. And he's a junior, not some new freshman QB. He played a great game, but it was more about what Texas wasn't doing on defense. And that's putting the pressure on. He had way too much time. They didn't change that in the entire game. Any QB can look great in one big game, but there's a reason that Texas A&M is not ranked.

A&M matched up well with Texas. I think that the short week might have hurt Texas a little bit but Johnson played lights out.

A&M if they can stay healthy will be in the mix next year. Texas, A&M and OU are going to have some dogfights next year.
