Believe it or not, he is a real JP in Port Isabel, Texas. His brother, Saul Ochao, was the local constable. He was arrested for taking drugs out of his own evidence room. He is currently in prison.

So he can't spit on the Judge or policemen. A lot of prisoners carry hepititas.
