This program use to be the best back in 2001. Now 10 years later it SUCKS. It's robbed of all it's good features. What happened to this program? They change it to a pay for full version program?

Ok well ive only had enough time to see 3 minutes of this video.. :/ .. but i'd like to know how to convert a jpg or a jpeg image into a cur image so i can make my own cursor. I was going to try to save the cursor image as a cur file but cur didnt show up on the list of types of files.

In irfanview click on Options/Extract all frames then choose jpg. Then click on browse and navigate to the folder you want to save the extracted jpg in. I made a folder on my desktop and saved it there. Turned out the gif I tested on had 65 images :/
