  • who is Obama taking orders from. no one is asking that question either.

  • I feel bad that you take something sacred to me and smear it.

  • PS: and this the HINT for you:

A major Obama fundraiser who defended a convicted al Qaeda terrorist will become the third highest ranking official at the Department of Justice (DOJ)--mif this Sh-t ain't scary; I really don't know what else could be -- AND NO MORMON could be that scary as they are harmless compared to this sh_t piece of info!

His name is: Tony West--google him--Our treacherous regime at work--one of scores of subversive and dangerous appointments by the Obummer adminstration

  • Hustlin, Hustlin, Hustlin, we be Hustlin dem Mitt Romney Ho's.

  • Mormonism is 180Degrees ass backward. It curses blacks but this is a blessing because it saved Millions of Blacks from the curse of Mormonism. Conversely the blessing of "White and Delightsome" is a curse to Millions of Whitey's! Or look at the Big Red Thumb up above:: PROVES this is a good video and many Mormons are watching a listening! Mormons at the Mountain Meadows Massacre:: A White Flag was presented to emigrants. Accepted, the Mormons murdered 90 women and children and some 30 men

  • Your WORLD VIEW is the one that is distorted. You mentioned Glen Beck as a viable candidate in your list of people at the beginning of your rant. News Flash! GLEN BECK IS A MORMON! You know nothing about Mormons. I was born Catholic and converted to Pentecostal. I was an "Evangelical Christian" for the majority of my life. I am now converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Listening to your rant I can see you know nothing about "Mormons" or our "Garments" or their purpose.

  • @TennesseeSaint I'm quite familiar with the fact that Glenn Beck is a Mormon. I fail to see your point here. As I said elsewhere, I've spent a considerable amount of time studying Mormonism, Book of Mormon, attending Mormon services, witnessing Mormon baptisms and communion, sitting through teaching lessons during basic training, and speaking with missionaries. Two of my best friends have been Mormon and we've talked extensively. In short, better luck next time trying to marginalize criticism.

  • @paleocrat Based upon your definition of what Latter-Day Saints believe garments are and what they do for a person, I can not believe that you attended a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have not received your version of the doctrine since I joined TEN YEARS AGO! Well As this former evangelical Christian that has searched for truth in many denomination and faiths, I see nothing wrong with the holy garment of a priest. The Bible mentions this too. Go to LDS.ORG and search garment

  • @TennesseeSaint If only YOu tube did not limit posts to 500 Characters! (Now a continuation of my prior post) LDS.ORG and search garment .... if you want to know what Latter-Day Saints really believe. We should contend for the faith, in other words defend it when it is attacked, but not make it a point to go and tell others that the way they currently believe is wrong.

  • @TennesseeSaint We do not increase in truth by disproving falsehoods but by spreading truth. Jesus was the supreme example of this when he said in John 3:17:"For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."

  • @TennesseeSaint There are things that are not understood and rejected by babes. however, we should not destroy our brothers with our meat. we should not take our doctrines as we know them and destroy others faiths. Romans 14:15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.

  • @TennesseeSaint This is the manner in which even the Apostles of the Bible taught as well.1 Cor. 3:1And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. 2I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. 3For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

  • @TennesseeSaint So I hope you do not continue to destroy him with thy doctrines through condemnation, but rather walk charitably with them. And if you do not decide to humble your heart at try the spirits but remain as a babe in your doctrinal beliefs, there is still a place for you in heaven, but I exhort that you do humble your heart to have even more given unto you, and not let Satan scare you away from truth, for he will attempt to do so, so pray that the holy spirit guide you.

  • @TennesseeSaint To eat Mormon meat you need to put on slickers. Mormonism is blood bath of violence. There is a "Secret Tow Line" between Mormonism and Freemasonry at the highest political levels. Mormonism posits a polygamous polytheistic Jesus, Blood atonement, Adam=God, swear violent oaths, and a host of theological beliefs contradicting 2000 yrs of Christianity. JFK got hell for being Catholic. Romney Serves the will of and laid his manhood at the feet of the Hierarchy.

  • TO the propaganda radio who produced this garbage:

This video represents bigotry and hatered in its ugliest form, it reminds me of nazi propaganda. I can't stand the arroganse and "holier than thou" attitude of this kind of people who use their money to mock others beliefs, they are the worst kind of covards and NOT christian. Mormons are a soft and easy target, why dont you crusade against moslems? arent you tough enough?

  • @praatman I talk regularly against Islam, Catholicism, Protestantism, Mormonism, etc. And to call what I said "hatred" is rather absurd. You're more than welcome to call any time. The show airs from 3-6 p.m. EST. The number is 616.656.1680. You can hear it live online at Public Reality Radio. Links are in the info section.

  • @paleocrat

    Why did you abandon Catholicism?

  • @MichaeldeParma About 18 months ago. I stepped down from my place at the Distributist Review, rejected an offer from John Salza to co-author a book against sedevacantism and refrained (for nearly 16 months) from posting a single blog, vlog, article or even status update on Facebook detailing the reasons for my leaving. It was private and personal, limited almost entirely to my friends and family, my coworkers and classmates.

  • @MichaeldeParma I rejected Catholicism for a number of reasons. Many of them are philosophical. Many of them are theological. Some of them are ecclesiastical. Others are quite personal and practical. I've been asked by certain YouTube Catholics to refrain from posting videos detailing my rationale and experiences. I have refrained, though not for their sake as much as for mine. I will talk about it, but probably not here and definitely not in a comment section.

  • @paleocrat

That's too bad.. That you won't get into it on here that is. I'm just genuinely curious as to why; it has nothing to do with you specifically exactly, rather, I'm just always interested in "deconversionesque" types of stories. If you ever decided to give some comments on the subject in this forum, ie youtube, I'd be very interested. Hope all is well with you.

  • And the Garments are NOT for that.. it is to remind them constantly to the covenants they have made.. and they are nothing WEIRD.

  • @tse93s I think they are quite weird, and this beyond the well-wishing cod piece. I dare go further than insisting that they're weird! It seems to me that the only persons believing that the garments "are nothing weird" are people who either wear them (i.e. Mormons) or who have religious garments (i.e. Catholic scapulars, etc.) that represent religious devotion.

  • Omgosh.. actually learn what those prophets are teaching before making something like this..

  • um your full of crap do some research from credible sources not from the guys down at the bar.

  • @TheMopjop Don't drink. Don't party. Studied Mormonism. Read significant sections of Book of Mormon during basic training in the U.S. Navy. My bunkmate was very devout, speaking to me daily. I went to Mormon services during basic ever week. Joined discussion groups. Witnessed baptists and communion. Invited missionaries into my home numerous times, even to get out of cold.

  • You say "look at the institution." Then look at the mormons. be nice, love neighbor, be self sufficient, help others, keep family close, recognize Jesus as your savior.... blah blah blah. Your drama is not warranted, not being rude, I actually like you; then the black people thing? I know a mormon married to a black person.. Make fun of one religion, you make fun of them all. (you know, virgin birth etc) Afraid Romney will force you to mass? Do some homework..you're credible, don't blow it.

  • @mrclub541 My criticism of Mormonism is rather well-rounded. This particular video is about 10 mins of a 30 min segment. One of those in the comment section here went so far as to call my show. He was rather intelligent and well-spoken. He hung up remaining a Mormon but treated fairly and having his questions for me answered in a polite manner.

  • @mrclub541 Let me repeat here what I've repeated elsewhere in this comment section. I've studied Mormonism and am familiar with their principles and PR. I've read significant sections of Book of Mormon, especially during basic training in the U.S. Navy. My bunkmate was very devout, speaking to me daily. I went to Mormon services during basic ever week. Joined discussion groups. Witnessed baptists and communion. Invited missionaries into my home numerous times, even to get out of cold.

  • @mrclub541 I think that is great idea - let's make fun of other religions too. They all should be mocked.

  • @mrclub541

    GREAT comment, thanks!

We need Romney to get us out of this financial mess we are into. OBUMMER HAS TO GO!!!

  • I quess, with the exeption of kdubvideos, you are all mostly a bunch of country folk. Do the research about religion-- Mormonism is not a threat, as Islam is-- and we have partly elected a B. Hussein who (and this is a FACT) has attended madrassi school in Indonesia with his stepfather, a muslim (his father was a muslim). ISRAEL will soon go to hell-- as B,Hussein donates from the US's taxpayers MILLIONS to Palestine and does not give a hoot about Israel!

    OPEN YOUR EYES HILLIES/BILLIES!

  • This guy is stupid...all religion's have there idiotic radical parts that very few of the believers actually believe in...For example christianity says you can't eat shellfish, says women can have no authority over man, says that if a teenager speaks out against his parents that he should be stoned to death....Islam preaches to kill anyone who won't submit to Muhammad....Open your eyes people

  • @KDubVideos Disagree all day long, but reconsider the accusation that I'm stupid. I'm quite familiar so-called "radical" aspects of Christianity, both those in the bible (i.e. stoning gays, rules regarding menstruation, dietary laws, kinism, patriarchalism, sexism, etc.) and those outside the bible (i.e. various Catholic and Protestant traditions, etc.). The same holds true for my criticisms of Islam.

  • @paleocrat

YES, but Romney is a MUCH better deal than OBUMMER-- OBAMA'S father is a Moslem and in the Muslim faith THIS means the offspring is AUTOMATICALLY MUSLIM-- get it?

SO, PLEASE do your research on who NOW is the third highest ranking official at the Department of Justice (DOJ), which, ironically, is charged with defending the interests of the United States. In a scary appointment by OBAMA, the church going; "G-D damn America" pastor and Muslim (from father) leading the US to DISASTER!

  • @KDubVideos spam spam spam spam wonderful spam!

  • It's definitely true that the entirety of a person's worldview affects who they are and what they will do. However, when you talk about a political office, not all of a person's beliefs will be put into action. What matters is what they will do with that specific power and that specific role. Not all of a person's beliefs will affect what they do in political office. Still it is wise to be cautious, in case some of their less agreeable beliefs do affect their political choices.

  • @ChronoSoul I agree 100%. This particular video is 10 minutes of a much longer segment. I've dealt with Mormonism twice on the program and spoke with a Mormon who called after watching this video. In all, a decent amount of time. Most of the time dedicated to the matter, as with any treatment of religion on PaleoRadio, has to do with worldviews and how (and whether) they impact word and deed. I explain this in relation to Mitt Romney during the program. It's worth download: paleoradio(dot)us

  • Lets examine the recent teachings of the prophet of this church, here's a list of topics for his most recent speeches to the church: Happiness through service (how serving others brings us happiness), School thy feelings (how to control your anger and be more kind), Stand in Holy Places (spend your time doing things that uplift you and in places that uplift you), Charity never faileth (be charitable as Jesus taught), WOW sounds like pretty good stuff to me.

  • You should know why none of this is brought up...YET.The media wants him to be the nominee first.THEN, they will slam him and the Mormonism. We all know the majority of the media loves Obama.Don't worry, everything will come up after (if) he's nominated...and the media's favorite son Obama will be reelected and socialism will be the norm.Ron Paul is the only guy really eager for CHANGE, not Obama's version of "change" which is a complete joke.Obama's more establishement than the guys he replaced.

  • JIM JONES of JONESTOWN is pretty much the same as MORMONS

  • What does it matter what I wear under my clothing? If it gives me a better sense of hope while I'm fighting in Iraq or Afghanistan, what's the big deal? There are nothing "Magical" about them. I know if I get shot or hit with an IED I'm going to die. They are a reminder of who I am nothing else. If I do wear crazy underwear that's no one else's business but my own. This is the dumbest argument I have ever heard.

  • Mormons remain extremely racist even to this day

Walk around Brugham Young University & it will be a long walk before you see a black face, but they do let some black basketball players in.

However, they did recently kick the star black player off the team for having sex WITH HIS WHITE GIRLFRIEND

  • @DillonDee1 There are laws and regulations everywhere you go.Every homes have their owns too If you are speeding beyond the speed limit then there is a consequences. Mormons believe that sex is ordained by God. Like man should be married a woman.Every colleges and universities have their own regs too but dif.

  • Mormons are racists, I live inna mormon town, They always make fun of black people, THE MARK OF CAIN WASN'T BLACK SKIN YOU LUNATICS

  • I love everything youre saying man but you seriously sound like Christian Slater in 'Pump up the Volume'...if you havent seen it yet, you should! Great film :)

  • Have you ever read the Bible? How do nonMormons defend the extermination of the Amalekites?

  • To the radio announcer: You are very good at taking truthful statements and combining them into a false picture like the best of them. First of all... Mormons 'must' submit.... where did you get that from? second of all, among your nebulous ranting is 'Martyr' talk and 'magical underwear?'.... are you a serious person? What would it take the average person to wear any of the clergical outfits that the clergy design for themselves today? Sacramental garment? Are you educated?

  • @factsanddata Of course, if a Mormon would like to buck heads with the prophets, let them have at it. People in Romney's position? Deification is a process requiring involvement in temple rituals. Tough bind.

As for the "magical underwear," absolutely. Anyone who denies that devout Mormons wear them is either ignorant or a liar. Two of my closest friends have been Mormons, both wear them. Pic in the vid.

As for the ad hom, lame. Quite educated.

  • @paleocrat Not educated enough to understand that a sacramental garment is only used by 'Christians' and not by 'Mormons'.... specifically I found your connections to make Romney a 'racist' by virtue of his association to the church as nebulous stretch at best. I might suggest you climb out of your ideological bunker to realize that there are just as many people who can say the same thing about Christians in general.... especially the Muslims.

  • @factsanddata Educated plenty. Aside from my reading of first-hand Mormon literature and having spent a great deal of time attending Mormon services, witnessing Mormon baptism and communion, participating in their lessons, speaking with them ad nauseam at my home, bunking with one in boot camp and having a very devout one as a best friend, I've studied a number of their apologetic efforts, both for and against. Hardly a slacker. Nice try, but better luck next time.

  • @factsanddata I'm quite aware of the distinction between their garments and sacramental cloth often used by Christians, most notably wish the habits and scapulars of Catholic monastics and lay persons.

As for racism, I think my point was sufficient. I'm not making the claim that Romney is a racist. In fact, the show (which is three hours) placed the difficulty outside of himself and in his claim to devotion. Quite different from accusing him directly of racism. 10 min clips are insufficient.

  • @factsanddata FTR - I say the same thing of various expressions of Christianity. I'm quite fair in my criticisms, leaving no rock unturned. The bible is rampant with racism, ethnocentrism, kinism, et cetera. Only the most rabid of sectarians believing hell to be on the line would deny such plain-as-day truths.

  • AND if YOU REALLY DISCUSS RELIGION. please GET INTO ISLAM!!!

That is ONE PEACEFUL (taking over the world) religion!

IF you dare to criticize Mohammed and not "run for your life", because you could be killed for it-- OR WILL BE KILLED FOR IT!

    THAT takes courage (sorry, I LOVE C A P S )

    ;-)

smile on your pic, you could be handsome (again, piercing has to go)

  • @MissRubyRedDress I do get into Islam. My program airs three hours each day, five days a week. Nobody religion is spared. No political party is spared. Accuse me of many things but never of being unfair. I'm quite proud of our independence from corporate, partisan and sectarian control of content. Disagree all day long, but know that what I say is what I actually think. No talking points for me.

  • @MissRubyRedDress As for the piercing... you're dreaming. haha I happen to be very fond of my piercings and long hair. But thanks for thinking I have potential to be handsome... if only I smiled more. haha

  • @MissRubyRedDress .... Just exactly what is he supposed to say about Islam?

  • @MissRubyRedDress There hasn't been a Islamic presidential candidate so Islam isn't relevant here.

We're talking about whether a mormon should be president.

  • @soundslave

good point, but my answer here is:

Mormonism IS NO TREAT: as SCIENTOLOGY, for instance (as well as other cults and along that ISLAM), Barack HUSSEIN Obama has many new appointees in his government with CAIR (Muslim brotherhood group) and went to a church who's pastor "G damn America",

This discussion here is not important.. Romney has a great paln for America's economic downfall WHICH MUST BE FIXED!!!

    THAT IS IMPORTANT!

    Thank you!

  • @MissRubyRedDress

MORMONISM IS NOT "THREAT" (treat, typing error)

  • @MissRubyRedDress Sorry, I can't carry on dicussing this topic with someone who thinks Oabama is a 'secret muslim' or 'in league with muslim groups'. Lay off the smack dude.

  • @soundslave

get to know PLEASE, what people are in his administration that he appointed (and as the government SURELY is bigger)...

CAIR is a frontrunner-- the "ground Zero mosque" was nearly a victory for those muslim facists!!!

WE DON'T KNOW WHAT OBAMA IS!!!

    FACTUM PROTEST.

And Mormonism is really not a threat!

  • @MissRubyRedDress 'Muslim Facists'? Sounds like you've got issues mate. It's just a religion like any other.

  • @soundslave Apparently; (and don't mean to offend a "sound slave") YOU HAVE no idea!!!Islam is TODAY and was for, since the beginning" a tool for political interest-- Today, they side with the facists against JEWS A N DHere are some verses from the KORAN/Q'URAN (to better inform you):"(Qur'an 2:63) Jews will ultimately be transformed into apes and pigs is traditionally understood literally and is derived from such Qur'anic and other early Muslim sources. READ UP ON SAUDI ARABIA, MATE!!!

  • @MissRubyRedDress To me all religion is equally wrong. I'm an Atheist. When a Christian starts preaching to me about how their religion is right and the others are wrong, I just laugh. You're all wrong.

  • @MissRubyRedDress Qu'ran 2:63 saysm "And [recall] when We took your covenant, [O Children of Israel, to abide by the Torah] and We raised over you the mount, [saying], 'Take what We have given you with determination and remember what is in it that perhaps you may become righteous.'" Like all major religions, Islam is complex and there are many points on which people who identify as "muslims" disagree with one another. Although, it has traditionally eschewed church-state separation.

  • @ChronoSoul

Ok, I quess you are a crazy ..., or a muslim, try to be anything but a Muslim in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Jemen, now Egypt (muslim spring/brotherhood) and the list goes on!

Try to be a Jew in any of these countries, or as I am GAY a gay man!

Your soul needs a NEW chronology!

are you a cutie, like Mr. Paleocrat without that silly piercing?

  • @MissRubyRedD I'll grant that those countries are largely autocratic theocracies with many discriminatory policies. I will also grant that much of those policies are based on religious law. However, their interpretation of Islam is one of many. Islam is compatible with equality and respect for all. Even if the political culture & history of Muslim countries tends to oppress LGBT people and women, and even if there's Arabs-Israeli tension, this does not mean that the religion as a whole is evil.

  • @ChronoSoul

need a new "CHRONOLOGY FOR YOUR SOUL"?

come to my side of the table ;-)

  • @MissRubyRedDress Muslims honestly scare me. Their hate of life.

  • ps. good looking guy; piercing HAS TO GO!!!

  • I studied this religion and they (mormons) are not racist; BLACKS go to this church and hold also the priesthood. GET AN UPDATE-- and that was 1978.

    Be informed!

    Obama needs to leave!!!

I will take a crazy Christian anytime who has GOOD FAMILY VALUES, than a HUSSEIN (yes, I am an Islamophobe) sorry, religion of peace!

  • How about the racist writings of obama in "Dreams from My Father". Under obama 16% black unemployment. Does not look like obama likes black people.

  • nice video thanks for uploading

  • I think magic underwear would be cool.

Romney is still a scum bag, regardless how cool his underwear is.

  • Romney is a racist see here

    watch?v=RckqB2u9r3k

    VOTE HUNTSMAN 2012!!

  • @MissRubyRedDress I'm typically turned off by people who insist me that everything is okay... AND DOING IT IN ALL CAPS with a few !!! tossed here and there. I think that your comment here is quite likely one of the least informative, convincing or compelling arguments I've received in some time. There is absolutely no discussing matters like this with people with this thought process. You're religiously partisan. Sorry, I have to draw the line somewhere.

  • @paleocrat

    I LOVE CAPS!!!

Mormons: black, red, white people can hold the priesthood-- since 1978.

    HAVE A GOOD RESEARCH!!!

  • @MissRubyRedDress I'll probably be talking about this comment on tomorrow's radio program. Well, at least the general topic. I won't be mean... but I'll definitely explain why I think this is as unreasonable as it is unconvincing. The show airs from 3-6pm EST. If you don't live in or near Grand Rapids, Michigan, you may listen by going to publicrealityradio[dot]org and call at 616.656.1680. It would be great to hear from you. Either way, thanks for the comment.

  • @MissRubyRedDress Mormons say that Blacks are cursed. That is not okay unless you are racist.

  • @doorwae101

    SHOW ME WHERE???

Blacks go to church hold the priesthood-- since 1978.

    The Cain and Abel thing???

  • @MissRubyRedDress Less racist since 1978 sounds good to you?! Good grief...

  • @ighter4

    GOOD GRIEF "IF" OBUMMER WINS!

Keep trashing Romney-- and Obama will be president again, that dumb ass-- white or black, or half whatever...

Romney is a Business Man who can get the US out of the socialist (Americans out of work, wanting government handout) agenda this stupid president wants! I pray for America!

  • There are two Catholics running at at this point I have zero intention of voting. I've basic remove myself from standard American politics entirely. However I currently hold positions that probably. Wouldn't sit we'll with either Romney or the humble host of paleo radio.

  • Reminds me of racist black liberation theology that Obama was into

  • Strangely enough, this reminds me of the tirades against Al Smith and JFK. How is this different?

  • @irenicum No need to say "strangely enough." I think I do rather well of describing why this is important. My concern is connected with worldviews, the ultimate standards in one's life (especially their religious life) and the claims they make of themselves about their convictions, consistency and trustworthiness to live out their faith both as a private person and public figure. If Mitt (or any religious person!) is sincere in these claims, then this is fair game. Moreover, it's urgent.

  • Romney's religion should be a plus for him but he hasn't shown that he governs by those beliefs. And mormons aren't racist. And you really shouldn't talk about things you clearly don't know anything about or understand. There are plenty of reasons not to vote for Mitt without going after his religion.

  • @peaceliberty4all This is a 10 min clip from that program. I have talked three times about Mormonism on my program, twice in connection with its racism. This really isn't anything Mormon apologists worth their salt deny. They admit as much, normally qualifying it with, "That's just the belief of some early Mormons" or "Those beliefs were never obligatory" or "We changed all that in the 1970s." If you disagree, I welcome you to call the program. We talk about religion in politics regularly.

  • @paleocrat I stumbled across this clip, know nothing about you or your show. As a mormon of 40 years and having lived in 15 wards & known a lot of mormons I can state we aren't racist & the black members in my ward have no issue with the position the church had on the priesthood up until the 70's. But that has nothing to do with you speaking about the garments which you clearly don't understand or focusing on Mitt's religion rather than focusing on the many other reasons not to vote for him.

  • @peaceliberty4all The podcast is available in its entirety on the show's Web site. It is listed a number of times in the video as well as linked in the info section below the video. I quoted verses. We'll be quoting more of these verses, authoritative documents and Mormon prophets over the years. FTR - The podcasts are all free for download.

  • Mitt Romney’s hero Joseph Smith, head of the Mormon church, had 35 wives (proposed to 1 when she was a 12 yr old girl who later said she felt like an abused child & 12 who were already married)

Joseph Smith had 2 great Apostles - Brigham Young (56 wives) & Parley Pratt (only 12 wives b/c the husband of 1 wife killed him).

Mitt Romney is a direct descendent of Parley Pratt & so has a special high position in the church & will have one in Heaven

  • @DillonDee1 Thanks for posting this information. This video is only a 10 min clip of a much larger segment. I went into greater detail about their racist history. We will be discussing the matters you brought up in the near future, possibly even Monday. I encourage you to call the program. Our listeners would love to hear this information. We talk about religion in politics two or three days a week, maybe more.

  • Helaman's daughter Anna m. Miles Romney’s son Gaskell in Mexico & they had a son George Romney & although they’d lived in Mexico for yrs & set up schools & houses, a revolution caused family members to sneak over the USA border.

George Romney was 5 when he came over as an illegal alien but was still allowed to go on public assistance & to Texas public schools at taxpayers expense

  • In elementary school George Romney was known as “L’il Mex” b/c he was an illegal alien w/ jet black Mexican hair (maybe Mexican wives were somewhere in the mix - we need to see a birth certificate).

And because Mitt Romney’s father was born in Mexico & thus given automatic Mexican citizenship, his son Mitt doesn’t qualify as being “natural born” & thus is ineligible to be President. (See YouTube comments in regard to this matter on Barack’s father)

  • But because Mitt Romney’s ancestors were great Mormon leaders, Mitt is not only a Mormon High Priest but also a Mormon High Bishop (the highest religious position in the Mormon Church) & he & his wife are entitled to wear the special sacred magical underwear & Mitt will be in Level 3 in Heaven, where you cant reside unless you are a Mormon, & Mitt Romney will get his very own planet where he’ll actually be a God!

DON’T YOU WISH YOU WERE A MORMON!

  • @DillonDee1 your ignorance is astounding, O my bad ignorance is common in liberals and anti-Mormons!

  • @ABGAN100 ---- What did I say about Mormons that was not true?

  • @DillonDee1 everything

  • @DillonDee1 That is how low and ignorant you get to this point. Before God casted out the First Parents, Adam and Eve, He made them clothes(Gen 3:21) and the clothes you are mocking at are symbols of those clothes.Everything else are beyond your understanding and over your head.

  • @paleocrat

I'm not really sure how strongly Romney's religious background affects him in terms of making his policy decisions, but having read 1 Nephi from the Book of Mormon, I do call into question the reasons for why a person may follow that particular faith. It's not 100% evil, but let's just say that the history written by Joseph Smith is kind of whacked and doesn't jive at all with real history. That's causes one to tread a bit more carefully.

  • I've never really liked Romney to be honest. There just seems to be this weird stigma of him being a nothing more than a shady used-car dealer, and in the end, he was the GOP candidate from the get-go. I guess the Republicans really do want another four years of Obama. And even if we do get Romney, is he going to just put us in another series of pre-emptive wars? This is NOT what the country needs right now. Looks like this will be just another fiasco like 2008.

  • when you step back and look at any religion they all seem crazy. people who live in glass houses shouldn't throe stones

  • @Transitiving Yes, they all do. I'm rather inclusive in my criticisms. The program has dealt with Ron Paul and the Christian Reconstructionists, Rick Santorum's Catholicism, mainstream American expressions of Islam, Mitt Romney's Mormonism and many others. Nobody gets a free pass... including me. The truth is that I'm primarily concerned with worldviews, what they may tell us about a person, their thoughts and their actions. Often critical, occasionally praiseworthy, (almost) always fair. :)

  • @paleocrat fair enough. i think most people don't like to take on religious views for fear theirs will come under the same scrutiny

  • @Transitiving Well, most people, at least in America, have religious views. Pew Forum: 78.4% of American adults identify themselves as Christian. 1.7% identify themselves as Mormon. This is the same as those identifying with Jewish religions, and 1.1% more than those identifying as Muslims. Only 16.1% considered themselves non-religious. In politics, we have one open atheist: Rep. Pete Stark (D-CA). Lastly, there are hardly any political talk shows like mine that are critical of religion. Any?

  • @Transitiving I didn't mean to sound critical of your remarks. Hope you didn't take it that way. Thanks for commenting. I appreciate it.

  • There's no cognitive dissonance between harping on Clinton for having an affair with Monica Lewinsky (his misconduct was far more serious as the late Christopher Hitchens documented) and then lying about it to a federal grand jury, and not inquiring about the intimate details of Mitt Romney's faith.

Clinton's actions reflected very poorly on his character. He lied to an officer of the court, he lied to his wife, and he lied to the people.

Mitt Romney wearing (?) magic underwear? not so much.

  • @migkillertwo Disagree, and for reasons qualified and expounded upon for nearly 10 mins in the vid. I stand by my remarks as fair, relevant... and urgent. FTR - Any and all who disagree with my assessment and criticism may call the show. Going one further, I encourage it.

For transparency sake, do you a) endorse Mitt Romney and/or b) do you plan to vote for him if he wins the Republican nomination?

  • "expounded upon for nearly 10 mins in the vid"

You never once showed that Romney's Mormon faith would impact his character, except maybe that the mormon church (institution) said some seedy things about black people. Evidently, he is more socially conservative today than in 1994, so I am not seeing mormonism's effect on his policies.

    a) Yes I endorse Mitt Romney. He, unlike all the other candidates save for John Huntsman, accepts the neo-keynesian consensus in macroeconomics...

  • ...he supported fiscal and monetary stimulus during the 2008 crisis. Huntsman's economic policies are similar, but right now I dont think he'll still be in the race by the time of my state's primary.

    b) It goes without saying that I plan on voting for him in november.

  • @migkillertwo Curious: Romney insists he's a man of faith and integrity, admitting that his religious convictions inform his thought and actions, yet his supporters, when pressed on this issue, marginalize these claims, insisting that one doesn't necessarily reflect the other... yet continue with the "man of integrity and faith" mantra. Party politics force people to say the darndest things, especially when it's a mere either-or, the "or" being the other party's candidate. Go figure.

  • @migkillertwo Thanks for your transparency. I understand why you'd have an invested interest in helping to preserve whatever may be the public's perception regarding Mitt Romney's as a man of faith, character and sensibility.

I discussed how worldviews, by their very existence and nature, impact, if consistently fleshed out in life and thought, how one may act, both publicly and privately. He insists that his faith informs his thought and actions, as one ought to expect of a devout Mormon.
