I completely get that Kayla had to move on with her life after Steve's supposed death but that horrible relationship between her and Shane was just all kinds of wrong. They had no romantic chemistry whatsoever. Why the writers would make it seem that Kayla needed to have a man in her life...especially so soon after Steve's death and also for it to be her sister's ex is beyond me.

Everything about this storyline was terrible - and I hate that they painted her nails red therefore hinting at the steaminess of her and Shane's new romance. All of it, awful.
