@SheWhoLovesPineapple Vienna refers to the future, Billy went to visit his father, who he hadn't seen since he was 8, in Vienna and while he was there he saw that in Austria they give older people a purpose in society, instead of brush them off as useless and send them to old folks home as we often do in the West. He thought then that people didn't have to be as scared of growing old and not having enough time in their lives to..live, because Vienna's waiting for us.
