Excellent! Another 214 petrol still on the road. Probaby the best engine ever fitted in the lighter TK models. Bags of power (more than the 330 diesel) and not that thirsty. Used to have one with an LPG conversion and it was cheaper to run than a 220 diesel!
That is one Mint Condition Bedford. looks like it has never been off the showroom floor. There must have been a lot of time, effort and i must say love gone into the restoration of such a prize winning truck. I use to drive one about 20 years ago with a 6 tonne tanker on the back, it was a great little truck. They may not have all the mod cons of some of the latest rigs around but they were an honest hard working reliable vehicle.
Hello do you a chap John Antony Chapman with a Bedfiord Tk lorry similar to this one im trying you track him down he did buy through me a 1966 Bedford Tk fire engine .Your Tk is magic thankyou for showing us a real proper truck.

It's a shame Bedford lost it's way and quietly disappeared from Vauxhall dealers;it was great for vans and trucks
