  • poetry in motion

  • he fucking spawns submissions and passes out of nowhere it's...unreal

  • oh my god Pedro Sauer it's like he's from another planet... redefining the concept of textbook, perfect, flawless technique every time he rolls

  • wow! that was flow right there you just saw, smooth

  • This is an excellent example of how to roll....using control, patience, and technique rather than moving too quickly and trying to muscle your way through an opponent. Thanks for posting!

  • @congabeatz not really. It does serve a puposes though. Training hard and strong serves it own purpose too . U have to do both to learn technique and flow as well as dealing with pressure.

  • Awe man Pedro is just awesome. Makes me want to cry !

  • NICE

  • Amazing roll. Great video!

  • his seminar in kentucky this past weekend was amazing there is a reason he was voted best jiu jitsu instructor

  • Was a trap and roll or upa escape possible there? I'm a novice and I've never really seen black belts do that. How come?

  • They are both so humble. Neither one is trying to show off or impress the students or anything, they are just having a good time practicing an art they love. This is what a sensei should be!

  • They roll with such composure!

  • What a MEDIOCRE performance, this is not in REAL LIFE!! I prefer to see the ART OF SHAOLIN MONK & combination of TAE KWAN DO which far more DEADLIER and an ANCIENT POWERFUL FORCE to deal with!!!!

  • @nareas777 i am guessing you have been choked out by a grappler

  • @nareas777 i am also guessing you have never fought before either

  • @nareas777, you disrespectful piece of shit. Fucking crawl back into your hole and die you piece of shit mother fucker.

  • @nareas777 This is a low intensity, high level sparring session. When applied in fast paced, real life situations jiu jitsu has proven just how relevant and effective of an art it really is.

  • I love the flip @ 1:00

  • @dswilde83

Wow no kidding. That completely came out of nowhere!!!!!!!!!! The more I watch Pedro Sauer the more I am hooked on his technique.

  • pure technique, pure brilliance

  • i could watch that for hours...the skill involved to work at this pace is incredible..to flow from one transition to another ..just poetry in motion.....bjj forever

  • ok whooo is sad sad soul that could possibley dislike this video? My life's dream is to be where Master Pedro is along with all the other Masters of Jiu jitsu in the world today are at some point in my life far from now. I just got my first strip a few weeks ago but I already know jiu jitsu and I are soul mates :) Jiu jitsu is a way of life! LONG LIVE BJJ!

  • WOW!

  • love watching pedro sauer period!!1 :)

  • Love the pace

  • Very coool.

  • wow.

  • holy mother of god...........this is art and poetry all rolled into one....

  • 2:52 what do you call that? Reverse turtle butterfly sweep? It's awesome!

  • Wooow, man. That video was the shit. You should have armbarred him! Seriously, though...my instructor is a bb under Professor Sauer; he's super technical. Thanks for the video, sir.

  • what an honor it must be to roll with a red and black belt. (7th degree in pedro's case) he will be one of the few red belts ever.

  • @robertlovi why is your profile name robert lovi when your not robert lovi?

  • huh ?

  • I love how you can't make a right move when rolling with Pedro Sauer.

  • I am soo proud to be apart of the Pedro Sauer Association

and I love the respect and love Rob and Pedro give eachother like Rob is one of Pedro's Kids

  • I love watching guys roll that have nothing to prove. Thanks for the vid.

  • I couldn't agree more. I've rolled with some guys that use only strength or try to rip your head off all the time. They completely lose focus on the technique and patience of jiu-jitsu.

  • @jshealy : I totally agree and the cool thing? this was about as slow as day one of class! of course far more technical, but nothing fancy, nothing super flashy, just stuff you learn in months 1-6.

  • definitely my favorite bjj vid, love the way everything just flows

  • awesome skill, pure jiu jitsu , no unneccesary use of force at all, incredible

  • Pedro is so awesome. I'm training with him this weekend. I always enjoy rolling with him. I'd love to train with Rob Lovi too. Just too far away. Great post. Thanks for sharing this.

  • That was fantastic...."the milk is on the table" awesome ;-) Thank you for sharing!

  • amazing. simply put. the technique is incredible.

  • Very very very nice thanks for sharing

  • Thanks for the kind words - glad you enjoyed it :)

  • Nice video man, soon I get in SD I will show up!!! take care my friend

  • It´s always great to see Professor Sauer and Robert Lovi roll. 100% technique, softness and understanding of the body mechanic.
