This is plausable. And it is actually a Space Phenomenon. o_o It's a tear in the Earths' lowest Ozone layer, I don't remember which layer. However, when it tears, it lets in light, from space. >.> And, when that light disappears, you get a dark area. :3 It's not very common in the world, only a few select areas see this happen. Sometimes, not even in the sky, it is also close to the ground.

"Nibiru" being a planet hasn't even been a thought since the 80s. If it even exists, it's a Brown Dwarf, and furthermore, it wouldn't come for another 12 or so million years. If it was really going to be here by 2012 or whatever, you'd be able to see it by naked eye by now.

An example is the closest star (about 16 light years away) This means that at the speed of light we could get there in 16 years . . . if something was less than a year away . . . WE COULD SEE IT, a backyard scope jokey could see it . . . and thats a fact.
