Great advice and I agree with everything you're saying, except that after my "second" brewer needed to be replaced they actually told me NOT to use distilled water as I've been doing all along. Go figure. Fact is, these things are breaking down far to often and if Keurig stops honouring the replacements I think we're going to see this company go. Which is sad as the machines make good coffee WHEN they work.
