This Legacy project is incredibly valuable. I live in the Swan Valley and it is a rare place indeed. The protection of this land has happened on the eve of losing yet another part of Montana and America. It is irreplaceable for any price, once it is developed. Most of the land bought is quite intact. Bought before it was ''slicked off'' as real estate cuts.

Right. Shows NONE of the cut-over ground to be bought here. Nor does it mention how little wood is on that slicked-off ground, or how little it's worth. Or how MUCH IS BEING PAID. Try 1600 bucks an acre for ground with 62.50 worth of wood for "good jobs"? And how great is it as habitat?
No wonder this was a closed door deal...it doesn't hold up under any scrutiny. Psssht.
