the story is that elvis tried to IMPROVE his concert set 8-74 in las vegas but he wasnt pleased with the audience response so he retuned to the regular format the next night. I saw him in concert 5-22-77 at the capital centre in largo maryland and he actually threw the microphones on stage in anger due to the sound system acting up. cstanchik
