I m graduated as sound designer and music psychologist (cool ain't it?)

But what I studied was more oriented to the concept behind the music and sound not really into technique all I learned is from lot of time spent behind softwares and hardwares and guess what? there is still much I have to learn :D

Well, I always try to make different melos when I rmx, the prob is that this track has the bass key changes shifted 4 bits before the usual trance key changes.

I made the bassline simpler in this rmx the prob is that if I change the melody the vocal doesn't fit anymore same for the pad, I did an alternative version but sounds too deadma5 so I rather be less original but keep my style, hoping on some inspiration to get into something different while i m working on it, not sure though

That's why is probably not going to be my best remix, which is a shame cause is a nice track

Bassline sounds little bit like "Tranquility Base - Buzz" from 2:19 on :) And when you say "the pad sucks"... I would be happy with such a pad sound. I think the melody is ok... but maybe it could be better. It's a little too much of the same notes in my opinion (I mean the As (Gis) and Des (Cis) notes) ... but overall seems to be a nice one again.
