@dandelion0331 well...it is a big city. Shanghai. It is the old town near downtown Shanghai. this MV is very cool because Shanghai is cleanning up all old town communities, rebuild modern building instead. However, the modern things are so common everywhere which shows no interest to me.

I think the video is trying to illustrate an irony.You see, at 1:10, there are some Chinese. They are actually some rules, claiming that smoking, spitting or throwing rubbish, etc. are not allowed.But then, after the showing of the notice, the guy beside is smoking. Moreover, at the end of the song, the Chinese characters are actually meaning " Warning:No gambling". But you see the four men play mah-jong and cards all through the video.Black humour, huh?
