  • This is a good exercise for your abs more so than your inner thighs. Barely felt anything there. Guess I'll try something with weight to see if it makes a difference.

  • @pimpjuicehere Correction... just because someone is thick or plump does not mean they are not hot. Peoples definition of hot has changed over the years because of what television has done to the minds of people. It has a stereo type. In order for guys to be hot they need a 6 pack. In order for girls to be hot they need a slim toned body. But that is not how everyone sees it.

  • i did 40 of them non stop and i couldnt feel the burn in my inner thigh i felt the burn only in my lower abs. is there a reason for that? was i doing something wrong? and ya i did have something between my legs (i used a shoe as well)

  • I remember having to do something similar to this in jrotc. xD I agree that your abs are gonna HURT if you haven't worked on them before. You probably won't make it past 5 of these reps if you haven't. But I'm gonna try that holding the object thing. that sounds like a challenge to really get my thighs in shape. Hope it works! :3

  • yes this workout does work out the abs more. we do these in the army. but with an object between ur feet if you squeeze it, it actually does work your thighs some! so great workout I love this girl =]

  • If people are struggling with their abs being what is really worked here, I would reccommend focusing very hard on really tightly squeezing the object between your feet. That really upped the burn in my thighs.
