instrumentally this is a good cover, just work on the singer more, warm your voice up everyday, maybe even get a month or two of vocal lessons and you should be good
not bad when u get more comfortrble you voice will get better. just learn the words that angers me. dont do a cover unless you know the words. esp Bright eyes.

oh well i didnt take any offense by it, i like to get some citisism so i know where to improve, too bad im not the one singing, as for playing it, we really haven't after this vid, although i have done my own version on acoustic, maybe i'll post it sometime, but i think i just plaing suck
I agree. I mean even Conor Oberst is a great that songwriter but not all that great of a singer so it shouldnt be that hard to sing right? Im sorry but your voice is even more monotonic than his. Overall good job though.

Honestly, a great cover -- the singing wasn't that bad really. It's a hard song to sing because it's mostly a 'spoken song' a la Dylan.
