I owned an 03 VTX 1800C and now an 08 109. Pulling throttle in high gear they are just about dead even (I sold my X to my son in law) It is take off and the higher rev capabilities that make the 9 faster through the quarter. They are almost 1 second faster in the quarter and have approx. 20 more horsepower.
I used to have a vtx and loved it. How much quicker in the quarter are these. They sure look sharp?

Way to launch. I have a 109
with pc3 Air kit,. I still need practice in my launch . 11.83 is a solid run.
