  • wow Joe... man thank you... what a great tip and story.

  • Wow! If that doesn't qualify for spot on I don't know what does. Incredible well said and very thought provoking.

  • Thank You Joe...You brought tears to my eyes! Attitude affects everything in life!

  • very true! thank you.

  • Praktica from Eestern Germany or USSR Zenith it was, probably, but yes, attitude is the key, especially, when sectret police is watching you all the time and probably arrest you and interrogate you right after you left the event. It was some crazy time back then in Poland...

  • I agree, Attitude is Everything!... Thanks for posting this outstanding video!

  • 1 *

  • What's with the attitude?

So how come he didn't bring the right lens for the Job? And how come he knew that the one arm man's photograph is for that man's grandchildren? How dramatic. Brilliant!

  • He could have just asked afterwards, he was right next to him. Do you really need the details? The important part here is the story.

  • YES SIR! That is a brilliant piece of advice. Thank you.

  • Very inspiring. I love his book because most books are about gear or technique but his is about different aspects of the approach. It captures a viewpoint most books don't.

  • Joe is one of my favourite photographers. One of the few who has the right to teach!

  • BRAVO!

  • Hi TomBrooklyn, thanks for watching. This was shot at Photoshop World, Orlando earlier this year (end of March).

  • Where and when was this shot?

  • Thank you for that, great advice.
