Canada is more expensive than the US right now because the Americans just keep on printing more money and devaluing there money. 10 years ago 1 US dollar was worth $1.65 Canadian and now its only worth around $1.00.

It's expensive because the health care and dental are free thus making the Canadian government lose money so they up the prices for products and food

the food prices have nothing to do with our health care or dental. by the way we do pay for our dental. The canadian government gets its money from our taxes, on gas and such. dont start spewing out random facts you arent even sure are true.

I dunno,prices aren't so bad there,we have one of them in town here,safeway and a wal-mart as well..if I can pick up 5 lbs of top sirloin for 12 bucks I think that's pretty good. of couurse I work there so the discount is pretty sweet :P

Try to buy something in Poland.Minimum wage is about 2 dollars per hour.For example 1 kg of chicken breast it's 7 canadian dollars, 1 kg of the cheapest cheese is about 6-7 canadian dollars.Anything else?Thank God Canadians and all of the Western countries that you've been born at your places ;)
