I have a question about installation for the CS5.5 version. I also got the Student and Teacher Edition and during installation it went from 10 minutes to 130 minutes of installation time (while installing the Korean Speech Models). I'm wondering if this is normal procedure and I should wait, or if this is a problem that needs to be addressed

@grizzlieplyr5221 Very much so, however i would hold off till april to see the new Final Cut [if you have a mac] - nonetheless, this suite offers industry standard applications such as photoshop and regardless of whether you use premiere as your main editor i recommend this.

@TheMOVIEDirect Production Premium is a nudle software suite. After Effects is a single application. The production premium includes After Effects, Photoshop, premiere Pro, Soundbooth and more. It is cheaper to buy the production premium than purchasing each application individually. Hope this helps

Hey please answer!!! Im a student in year 7 and i wanna buy production Premium for studrnt. Which is cheaper!! But i wont use it for school. Like maybe for competitions that the school hand out. But i mainly wanna use it for home use and my enjoyment. Because after effects and premiere is my hobby. Would i be able to buy the student one???

@tutorialmania10 You can buy the student version, provided you have proof of your student status. This could be a student ID (like an ISIC or something), or it could be a report card/ progress report, which is what I used (I'm in year 11 and had no trouble). If you don't have these, a letter from you school that says you attend will do the trick. You don;t always need to provide this when you buy it, but if you don't, you won't be givena product key until you fill out the form inside the box. :)

Could you give a quick review of premiere pro cs5? I've been using the trial version for a little while and I'm actually finding that some of the basic features are inferior to final cut express, which is weird. I just want to make sure I'm not the only one who's finding these flaws.  thanks
