Uhm... how do you even know that they ARE terrorists? Because they confess after being tortured? There is little evidence against them. Only 8% of the people in Gitmo are actually classified as Al Qaeda. Many of the people in Gitmo were handed over the the U.S. by Pakistanis and others in order to get the bounty we were offering, they were never on any battlefield. There is a reason why we do not used coerced confessions and confessions obtained by torture in our own criminal justice system.

Did you hear that at the end, how he said the DoJ is who decides what constitutes a crime and what they can investigate? Wasn't it the DoJ that redefined what torture meant so that it could be used by the CIA and approved by the whitehouse? Shit! the guy said in so many words that they followed thier protocall, reported it to the DoJ, and the DoJ told them there was no crime. What else could he do but pull his men back. Gives me a little hope that some people still TRY to do the right thing.
