I once went on a server and randomly started up votekicks as a experiment. The outcome was that i kicked my whole group because everyone (including the newcomers) kept agreeing on it. i think i kicked 4-5 people in one match.

The kicksystem in L4D is terrible... You get kicked at moments for either way the poorest reasons or no reason at all. Ive heard so many stories of people who got kicked by a immature asshole while they where the best player in the group. Why do people always brainlesly agree when a votekick comes up? I know many people who tried L4D but just don't want to play it because they get no chance of getting into the game without getting kicked ALL THE TIME.

On Team VS or Scavenger Mode: The game already provides cues to help players with/without a mic by audio and visual means. Example: If a player is "hunted," you simply listen for the "danger music" or hear the in-game character's cry for help. Then you use your sight to see which silhouette of your team members is in danger. Having a mic is really only critical on REALISM Mode, as the silhouette of your teammates are disabled. Noobs don't realize this shit *shakes head*
