I definitely think beet is a powerful cleanser. I don't recommend adding any more beet in proportion than seen in this video. I know through personal experience that drinking pure beet juice (or like 2 beets, one apple even) can make your mouth & throat burn... so yeah, have beets in moderation. ;)
Hi! I had a segment where I explained what to do with the pulp, but I had to cut it out because the video was getting too long.
Here's my suggestion: you can make raw dehydrated crackers by mixing the pulp with some soaked flax seeds. Then spread this mix onto a teflex sheet & dehydrate until crunchy or chewy, up to you. Also, add whatever spices you like - but remember these crackers might be sweet because of the carrots, beets, and apples!
