if they'd have change the music to something quiet and atmospheric and built the suspense some more by just having walking for a while towards the camera, maybe some guy in the background telling him about how vital it is that they get some medicine in preparation for the defense of their village or something and that's your mission. The bad guys could've been guarding an abondoned hospital. Just some ideas, overall though get rid of the heavy metal until the action scene starts later on.
