Great review!
When you check the RAM usage, click on "show results from all users".
When you do that - you can see that it sometimes uses up to 100MB of RAM.
Malwarebytes have a free version as well. I think you meant to say that SUPERAntiSpyware have a free trial of their professional edition.
Run a scan with MSE before you do with Hitman Pro, to give MSE another chance.
Don't count Temporary Internet Files as malware.
