you dont get to play as four different charchters. that was multiplayer. in mission mode you can play as all the orgization members plus riku mickey sora donald and goofy. in story mode you only play as roxas. i would know i have the game and beaten it

Lul, I wouldn't be surprised if at some point in the next eternity (nowhere before kh3 however) Riku gets himself a nobody in one way or another, it just seems too likely.

However, as of right now, its non existent, and Axel being that nobody is even less likely. I mean, it's unfortunate and all, we'd all like it to be true, but it just isn't.

it's a sad, sad story about roxas, axel and the newest member, xion. it truly shows that a nobody CAN feel regardless of whether or not they have a heart... it's a crucial part in the series also because it explains the org XIII's pain and sorrow.

for bbs my theory... it sounds crazy, but it is that xemnas a.k.a xehanort is really terra. it's somewhat like riku's story. when terra, ven and aqua were fighting with Master Xehanort, master xehanort created kingdom hearts(or at least "awakened" as the title of the game implies) doing so, he killed ven, who was terra's friend. at the end of the clip, terra's eyes change from blue to orange (xemnas' color) it is also said that master xehanort wanted terra to join the dark

In the story mode, you can't play as anyone but Roxas, so far as we know.

However, if you go into multiplayer mode (playing with friends with your DS's connected) you can play up to 4 characters at a time, choosing from the 14 Organization members. Or perhaps 13. I don't see Xemnas as the type to go on menial missions.
