  • That's the start of the piece. Only problem is you're playing in A Minor. The key for this piece is C Sharp Minor :)

  • Cool

  • great : D!

this is actually an arrangement by denes agay

  • this is the 1st mvt.

  • youv got it right in the beginning but missing some fingering in the left hand hand

some of the notes were different then the sheet music I have but it sounded great

  • thanks. yeah I don't think I'm playing this one in a concert or anything :)

  • It's Piano Sonata op. 27 no. 2 "Moonlight" 1st Mov.

  • Right!

  • love it

  • beautiful, like everything else youve ever touched

  • Yes, definetly the easy version as others said, it is in c sharp minor and the tune in this one misses out parts.

well played nonetheless, try the real version, you will probably find it a bit more tricky than it sounds.

  • That's the very begining of the 1st movement of the Moonlight Sonota. Though it seems quite simplified from the real thing. lol.

& I believe it is actually played in C sharp minor. (not completely sure)

    very pretty though!

  • ya it is in c sharp minor why would he say this is easy.....well thats not exactly what i mean it is but the original is easy too

  • Hey, just got into watching your videos, you make it look sooo easy. Nice piano by the way. Ummm, the first movement of moonlight soanta, also in c sharp minor, is the original one, and for the most part, the melody is in the treble right hand, until the very end and then it switches to the left. I very cool selection. I like to play the original my self. As a kid, I started lessons, and the original moonlight sonata and fur elise were two of the first things i learned to play.

  • Hi, sorry I just noticed this comment... a month later. I learned fur elise also along with this early on. I know this is a simplified version but my sister played it growing up and one day I memorized it and never forgot it. I should really learn some more classical stuff. Thanks for the compliments.

  • you should play for people at fancy reastarunts =D ur awsome im still trying to get better lol ive only played for 1/2 a yr and im only 12.

  • grâce à vous j,ai appris sur mon clavier, merci

  • howdy. Great playing, ever try clair de lune? I really like that song

  • i play it different...in C sharp minor key. it's the beggining. i think it sounds cool=]

  • the original is in cis minor

so then it starts in the right with cis

  • Blackratsnakesthat is movement 1 of moonlight sonata.

  • thanks.

  • Hey blaaa545

  • It's the first movement. I actually like the way that you're playing it better. It looks so incredibly simple.

  • This one sounds better than the version i know, although the beggining of mine is nice. Well great job playing. It sounded really nice.

  • Thanks, guess it's just a simple version of one of the movements.

  • Good playing. This is the first movement of Moonlight Sonata. However, it is a simplified version in a different key.

  • This is the first movement, or also known as the first part. (there are 3 in total) It sounds good. I know a site that has the sheet music for this song, so if you want it just PM or something.

btw, what happened to your arms?

  • it sounds nice

  • sounds very nice, never seen playing moonlight sonata doing the same notes like you

  • 1st movement, playing a touch too fast. with your ability, you could tackle the 3rd movement... which is quite possibly the best thing... ever

  • i play this in e minor

  • yes the 1st movement u are so talented!i love ur vids keep em comin!

  • First movement I believe. Sounds nice.
