@Rikulover91 Probably because at the time of filming of this documentary, the movie hadn't come out yet, and they couldn't really show much beforehand. They also look like the earlier stages of rendering, because the clips don't have detail yet. And not all the pictures are stills from the movie. A lot of it is concept art and storyboard pictures.

The world they created is definitly one that I would love to be transported to and visit again, and again. Everything in this movie is new; yet it has the classic Disney feel that just makes you want to smile. The voices were perfect, the expressions, and the animation. Good job Disney.

Wow, I knew from the trailer that this movie would be great. But after seeing this, I think it is even more amazing now! The art is gorgeous, the designs of the buildings are so rich with detail and overflowing with vivid colors. I'm shocked at the talent put into each image. Excited for this movie <3

OMG what has happened to Disney? they have taken a classic story like Rapunzel and turned it into some crappy version, and this version they have done, is nothing like the traditional story! I don't think I will be seeing this, at least in a theater. The last greatest fairy tale they did was Sleeping Beauty, that is the best movie Disney ever made second would be Snow White! and sorry, but this "Tangled" is not going to be better than those two!

This version they have created of Rapunzel is just dumb, and the villain in this is not even scarey, Disney villains used to be the main part of a movie, (example- Maleficent BEST VILLAIN ) and now they just give us this crap? If Disney wants a great fairy tale story they need to contact me, I have an idea for a traditional story!

I was worried this movie was Disney trying to be Dreamworks with a heroic rouge character Fyn making me thing of Road to El Dorado and the fractured fairy-tale vibe similar to Shrek I got from Rapunzel wrapping up Fyn. This little clip makes it seem more Disney. I'm excited.

This video just renewed my interest in Tangled (Rapunzel). Even though I prefer 2D animation, this looks very nice. Hopefully the new trailer will let us see what we're in for. I also want to hear some of the new songs by Alan Menken for this movie.

And now instead of a oiled animation in a canvas now it looks like Fantasyland.

Its not that i dislike this look, but this is mere design, the idea of a living-canvas was more an animation breakthrough (and i guess more expensive)

I still think they should have stuck with 2D animation. I think it would make the film more special, especially since they were going with inspired 50's Disney classics. There is just way too much CG now a days. Hand drawing and painting is just more special to me. That's just my opinion.

It's awesome to see that, even though it's going to be a CG film, disney draws a LOT from the old classic Princess films.
