No doubt about it that is one capable RC pilot. Just taxiing with severe crosswind conditions can be a nightmare and require a lot of control surface movements to keep the aircraft level. Best crosswind approach and landing I have ever seen for an RC turbine. I kept rewinding the approach several times WOW.

It takes courage to fly an RC in those winds.  I don't know what those winds would equate to if scaled up but you flew it well given those wind conditions. Particularly good landing, especially. Nice flare just before touchdown.

@andresq4545 as high as the radio will transmit and as far as you can see, obviously if you can't see it your in trouble but I'd say if you could be miniturised and actually fly it, it would probs go as high as 10,000 feet probs more!

@andresq4545, it can go very high (like RQ-4 Global Hawk flies altitude around 65000 feet) but both controller will not be able to control airplane at high altitude and also, flyer will not able to monitor the movement that plane makes at high altitude. hope this makes sense.

U got to be carefull with a Mig-21 and plane with a small span becuse u can go into an auto rotation witch can couse the plane to act like a gyro and they are hard to recover from it.

Hey Guys,  Before we all make assumptions its not 30K, this aircraft the MiG 21($1,600) Turbine($3,200) Radio($1,100) and accessories about $1,200 so your looking at $7,100 if you build up yourself, now average jets go for 5K or less if you look right, indeed there are jets over 10K but that's different A/C and now we are talking big Turbines or even 2 or 3 or 4 at time depending on Jet. i have a question. why do you guys taxi around with the a fuel tank on the wing before you go flying?

Hey Jonny, The main reason is that we are limited to fuel, so we use an "External Tank" for Taxing to save that much of fuel for flight instead, see this engines at full throttle can use up to 14oz a min, and we usually have avr about a Gallon of fuel some might have more but thats avg, so we like to make sure we have our tanks FULL at take off to make the most out of the flying time.

Jerseykid, that day we had a Air Leak and we couldnt get the Gear to retract, believe me, they do retract, we have all the functions just like the real one,** i.e Brakes, flaps, slats, speed brakes, retracts, canopy open closes, pilots head swivels, navigation lights(not for flying at night lol) and so on Jersey kid, we have a miniature Jet except they are small
