the best way to do this is to just throw shuriken at slow enemies until you reach the 100 , dont try to do it with a weapon , itll be easier

I got a 890 ish combo on level 12 when the green shell creatures spawn over and over and i just jump around throwing shuriken at them for about 3 - 5 hits per jump. It was SUPER easy if you're looking for a ton of hits without risking getting hit out of ur combo (i'm a nub, so it happens sometimes)

Lol, ictually used the boss in this part to get the trophy. it was completely by accident :) I got under him and used the Dual katanan's to do the move where you get up in the air and slash around. I just spammed it and then it popped up o.O

How the heck did you manage to make the combo indicator last so long? Mine disappears like 2-3 seconds after the last hit.

@zacksabre12 Mine too. But I figured out how to get it easier than this. When you verse the guys who blow cannons at you. just keep throwing shrukens lol while constantly rolling. I've gotten a 356 combo. Not good on style points but it works. I've beaten master ninja though so I at least have that respect.

i got over 200 hits on this buy using the block button. i cant remember the name but the two blade things omg the second stage combo is like 50 hits its ridiculous.

I'm having trouble getting 'Ultimate Ninpo Master' when I have chanted over 100 Ninpo in total. I havn't figured out what I am doing wrong. I need a reply as soon as possible,

I can tell you aren't a very experienced ninja gaiden player because you don't hold block so you absorb essense which can be then used on a landing UT

exactly , this is not even mediocre ... not the hater , but block button is soooo all well known by now when it comes to charging your attacks in a second ...

since it says test maybe you are stil looking for an easier way? if not sorry for intromising, this can actually be achieved with the shurikens, i found one of those cannon/chainsaw giants and shurikened 200 hits out of him, just keep moving, ez as hell trophy :)
