  • Asalamma aleykum people, I would just like to make you aware that to pray 2 rakat or an obligatory pray is obligatory before you sit down. Refer back to the Hadeeth its self, the Messenger of Allaah (peace & blessing be upon him) said "let him not sit until he prays 2 rakat" but the scholars of Ahlul Sunnah say to pray even an obligatory prayer is sufficient. All Praise it to Allaah the Might and Majestic, may His Peace and Blessings be upon our noble Prophet Muhammed. May Allaah grant us tawfiq

  • @187Marlene :) I am glad I am able to help, and I completely understand what you mean I was the same way when I started visiting the masjid for the first times, trust me habibti it will get better as u get more confortable just keep in mind that you are pleasing Allah (swt) and it will all become so much easier for you :)

  • This was very, very helpful I do not go to the masjid very often and the one I go to is very popular and the Sheik , Reda Shatah is well-respected and loved by all but still I don't know I feel intimidated by attending but this info helps.
