decent jumps but almost no knee bend. most of the rising effort is done by his back. bend the knees completely so that your backside comes down almost onto your heels then rise from there. It makes it 50 times harder

@Duffman89detmig That was the worst deadlift form Ive seen. Burpees (and proper deadlifts for that matter) are functional fitness. If you dont want it, then dont do it.
