The Ramsay thing was more flagrant, Blumenthal did NOT invent this method but popularized it before Batali.

In Ontario, Canada you can buy dough in most supermarkets, some bakeries or Italian delis.

I'm not sure where he gets his dough but in most states it's against policy for a pizzeria to sell raw dough.
