I love how atencio always talks about giving fighters what they deserve and paying them a fair wage where the ufc doesn't, then ppl ask him about their huge losses and he says they gonna cut back payroll and no one ever mentions that with sponserships ufc fighters still make more than in affliction if they are popular.

Of course, I enjoy any mma that is presented well with intriguing matchups and managed well like strikeforce, k1, &ufc. Affliction has provided some excellent paydays for a handful of fighters with little selling appeal but that's about all. Across the board they have already cut back new deals and asked fighters to renegotiate existing deals. It's been verified by several fighters and also evidenced by them not using extremely overpaid fighters as often as they originally planned, i.e. timmeh.

Look at interviews with fighters talking about how if they go anywhere other than the ufc and possibly strikeforce they will lose 60-90 percent of their sponsership money. Also, look at frequency of events and stability, niether of which affliction has yet. I also go off of what my grappling coach tells me. He's verified that he's recieved many bonuses from the ufc that dwarfed his fight purse and his sponser money was higher than if he were anywhere else.
