  • "thank you gentlemen" haha girls not aloud!

  • well actually one aspect of true iron bone training including shin training involves kicking solid, hard objects. and there is a certain method as well as tools you should use to do it. Every school has their own methods. I do not personally see how kicking a pad will toughen the shins though, but who knows.

  • consistent kicking of softer objects (like pads or heavy bags) is more effective at long-term conditioning than hard objects like coke bottles or trees.

  • lol and this conditions your shin in what way? what ever happened to kicking bananna trees?

  • thank you for what ?

  • What about other people? I usually practice with a friend of mine, like low blocks with the shin and stuff?

  • thank you gentlemen?

hm..suppose, how many women will be watching this?

  • shouldn't we be kicking something a little more solid for conditioning, isn't this just training the kick?

  • @dangflo no. don't kick solid things. pads and heavy bag is enough. if you have a nice banana tree handy then that will suffice. do NOT kick oak trees.

  • Thank you gentlemen
