Well.. the problem is in the controlls

Set first controls (like moving) to ASDW and secondary to up,dow,left,right arrows

when you see the signal on the left press asdw, on the right the opposite, if both.. both

@TheLucacancro yh, the first time i played the game, i got stuck ,too. i tried it about 12 times, until i figured out, that the down key on the numpad isn't 5, its 2!

It's so easy to go throught those button matching games using keyboard. It's a kind of cheating though but who cares. If you press the sequence AWDASD and HTFHGF (both hands simultaneously) repeating it over and over very quickly you WILL pass no matter how difficult the game is.

Ok so basically this is the part where I am stuck. It's when that giant bug strangles me from behind (around 6:29 in this video) I can't pass that. I know it's 'left right left right..' but as soon as I almost reach the top, I die. Any tips?

@sasukeslover1stfan I see noone replied yet, hmm, have you gone into the options menu, then went into controls and it should say PAR left, PAR right, where it says that, you should be able to put whatever keys you want into the spaces

For example, Pause>Options>Controls>Par right = right key.

if that doesn't work, idk what will. also, if you need help with the controls with the simon says thing, just PM me

every time the colors start to flash i click the direction buttons the direction of the corors appearance, many times it works, Lucas does the moves, but still i get hurt...

Totally there are 8 directions that flashes.4 for normal arrow keys on left side and 4 for numpad on right side.Are you sure you are pressing the color corresponding to numpad.You should be quick ifor it to work.Otherwise set the game to EASY for this level and try it works.

how come whenever im on that scene where the bug is crawling on the side of the wall trying to tackle you, it always says fail. even if ive gotten the entire sequence right. anyone know of any patches i can get to fix this?

Ok. Just to help you guys out, I finally figured a way to pass this with my keyboard. I think this game is best played with a joystick but when you have no choice: Just use both of your hands simultaneously. You should be able to pass this without much confusion because if the right hand isn't the correct one, then the left hand is. :) good luck!

yeh but I don't think simultaneously? I mean, if on the screen appears the left button - then you press left button with both hands at the same time. It's very difficult, specially if you're not used to using one of your hands. I don't think this is what the makers of the game meant, but it worked for me...

It's been a while since I played it but I remember using the WSAD keys with my left and the arrow keys with my right and I thought that was the way it was meant to be played. It can take some getting used to but I always found the hardest thing was hitting the two keys really quickly to keep the bar filled up.

What does it indicate when the controlers of the left side light the upper red button, and then right after, the right controlers light the lower green? Should I press them together or seperately? Should i wait or do it instantly? Even though I passed the office bugs (some how!) after I changed the controlers to WASD, I still don't think I get it! :(

when I later made Lucas play the guitar, the controlers seem to work reversed, left part for right, and right for left.

The explanation for the bugs is that the Oracle (dude in green hooded robe) was using psychic attacks on Lucas, hence all of the hallucinations and nightmares.

the only thing wrong with this game was the bits where lucas would lose like 40 on his feeling meter if u only had 20 points left and it took away forty their some times was no way to get the thirty points needed to stop him killing himself so u had to start over

I played this game on PC, and finished it at least 3 times. One of the best games I ever played.. This game is one of the few games that get stuck in your head and can't be removed from your memory. The great story, the amazing gameplay, the nice music.. I want more of such games. waiting for Heavy rain.
