How can you blame Jay Leno? Because he EASILY could have backed off and let Conan do his own thing. As far as I know, the network wanted to keep Leno, but he could have just left to keep things smooth.
@hughesling I heard Conan is doing quite well now, I read an article about it. After George Lopez got cancelled there was some speculation on whether Conan was next. But TBS released a statement saying they're very happy with his progress and he'll be around for a while - hurrah! :)

@ShamoneFarrah Bullcrap. Conan's ratings are pathetic. He averages right under 1 million viewers... compared to 3+ million to Jay and Letterman.
However, TBS is apparently fine with only 1 million viewers and will keep Conan.
