You have to buy them. The Thompson(a.k.a. chicago typewriter) you can buy after beating Separate Ways and Assignment Ada. The Infinite Rocket Launcher you can buy after beating the game once.

theres a thing called a handcannon that can be unlocked by doing mercenaries but you have to get 5 stars on every stage with every character then you can get from the merchant for free and fully up-grade it w/ exclusive to get ininite ammo and 99.9 firepower

its not a trainer... you can get those weapons in the game by unlocking them and buying them for ALOT. he says it in the first walkthrough that he played it like 20 times and had the weapons to go through the game quicker.
