  • uummm....wat is the used of inverse after selecting??

  • Thank you so much!! It was a lot of fun doing this!

  • Prima!!!

  • were do you get so high resolution pictures

  • I have cs3 - I know some things are different, but I could NOT move my marquee selection with the space bar to drag it into place. When I hit the space bar, the little hand moved the entire picture. I found that SOMETIMES the command shift moved it around after making the oval round and I could move it into place then. BUT if I tried that method on the second one, it ALSO moved the colored iris of the other eye. so what am I doing wrong?

  • great tutorial, as always!! The markers in the corner are somewhat distracting tho', especially the one that says "previous" as it's covering up info at the top that as a noobie, I depend on seeing... can you make them smaller? Just a thot... Thanks for sharing your knowledge... they eyes are amazing!!

  • You can get rid of them by going to the last button on the right.

  • Thanks MangoBells!

  • tks man :D

  • oh my god i love this video lol never thought id be able to do that!!

  • for me it doesnt work when im gonna brush outside the marquee tool it just lett me brush on the inside of the selected area! can some one help me?? need help!

but thx for the tutorial great!! :D

  • Select Inverse. Right click, with selection tool.

  • this helps really much :P

  • can you see the square tool, if so hold the mouse button down until a menu slides out, then select the one you want.

  • very cool

  • Spectacular !

  • I prefer drawing paths around the eyes and then adjust hue/saturation(having colorize selected), or using color balance. Your videos are pretty good though. And to the person who asked, yes you can use this with cs3. I'm on YouTube doing this stuff as well, you can search AdobeasyTips in YouTube and find my videos :)

  • ha ha she si more bueatiful with her real eye color

  • You also could make a bigger selection around the iris(pen, e. marq., quick selection tool) and subtract the pupil with the elliptical marquee tool.

  • Hehe, that looks really weird. Good tutorial, keep it up.

  • Thanks

  • wow, that's awesome, thanks!

  • cant you just use the colour replacement tool?

  • will this same method work for cs3?

i assume it will and i am going to try it in a sec, but if it doesn't work can u post a tut for cs3?

    thanks a trillion

  • ofcourse it will

  • Thanks, gonna use this for my myspace.

  • Fantastic:) One thing I have noticed is that when I hit ctr+shift+U my Ps desaturates, no panel appears, and so when I have clicked on the layer (with eye's colour) and went to saturation panel - it changed colour of my all backround, so I had to lock it (by clicking on those 3 small eliptic "things" in right-down corner of adjustment's panel so the new layer appeared above with an arrow indicating down to my eye colour layer - then saturation was working for this particular layer :)

  • another great way to work! thanks alots
