sounds to me like the congress had no choice on "sodomy" since they overturned "Don't ask don't tell", but beastiality is a whole different game.. Actually the Bill legalizes sodomy, in the Bill making it illegal, it states that sodomy is having anal sex with someone of the same or opposite sex and sex with an animal. They were actually legalized having anal sex but because they were stupid and defined sodomy as having sex with an animal as well, they had to make them both legal to make one legal. Mayne they shouldn't have been stupid in the first place telling people what they are allowed to do in their own bedroom.
