A woman who is raped, and cannot prove she was raped (4 male witnesses to the act of penetration) has confessed to Zina. If she was married, she is guilty of adultery, and can be stoned. A Filipina maid in Saudi Arabia who was raped by her employer and tried to go home is currently in a Saudi jail...they learned she was pregnant, and since she's unmarried, it's automatic zina.
