They don't need 6,000 per student. That's just an overbloated price that has been fed california for a while. Every kid here would need no more than $1,000 to be raised as most serious stuff/work/books can be done on laptop computers. Library books could be donated. It needs to go back to "Some" of the old school ways if Calfornia is going to survive. Schools should be also be more privitized again in some respects.

I wonder how many BLACK and MEXICAN women have a husband to watch the kids while they make phone calls? ? The problem is that the entire system is based on COLOR and this leads to Black/Mexican/Poor who find it challenging to donate time to improve schools while they're battling in HOUSING COURT, POLICE, FINDING FOOD, GOVERNMENT MANDATED MEETINGS, COMMUNITY CRIME, etc. The system sucks.
