One thing I love about classical music is that it evokes imagination. I mean, you can picture an entire story in your head whilst listening to a classical piece, and enter a world that is entirely your own. You can't really do that with say pop or rock music. Classical is a truly magical genre, and it's historical richness makes it all the more intriguing, I find.
