If Kerry had won in 2004, Obama would most likely not be president now, as I doubt he would have challenged Kerry in the '08 primary, or if any Democrat had, Kerry most likely would have been renominated, and possibly be in a second term now.
As an independent, I don't really like this guy and didn't like Mccain at all. Obama sabotaged my health care and many others as well. Secondly, i just said we had 13 straight months of PRIVATE SECTOR job growth. So he hasnt created govt jobs. For every dollar the govt invested, the private industry matched his investment and thus we had private sector job growth.

Again, if the value of ANYTHING measured in US Dollars goes up, it does not make it A HIGHER VALUE unless the rate of inflation has gone up less (in a percentage).

Secondly, i just said we had 13 straight months of PRIVATE SECTOR job growth. So he hasnt created govt jobs. For every dollar the govt invested, the private industry matched his investment and thus we had private sector job growth.

I remember that night. As a Canadian, I always watched my neighbors from the south's politics. After his speech, I turned to my wife, this man will be the first black American president. I just didn't know that it would happen just four years later.
I just hope that the republicans can come up with someone as eloquent and smart as he for political debates. I'd like to see a Bobby Jindhal in that position. Politics would be so refreshing!
