When you say shell prompt I assume you're talking about Terminal under BackTrack. In which case you need to go to where ever the HDD is mounted. Unfortunately its difficult for me to help more without being given more information
XP seems to use a different program for adding users.
Im sure if you could find out the name of the program to add users in XP then it would work
If you was to do everything up to running netplwiz from command prompt, I would assume that you would have System level access (I haven't tested this against XP, but if you wish to try and let us know then it would be greatly appreciated) which would mean that you would have full access to the registry which would allow you to do alot of things.

Yea,When I check like that then I can see the file but when I go from shell prompt then I cannot find the file. :S

You can decompress video by adding &fmt=18 to the end of the address in the address bar

Or you can just click on "watch in high quality" under the video it seems to do the same thing :)

The "watch in high quality" option wasn't there when I posted the original message. The code still works on videos that don't have the option.
