actually if any of you dumb asses now anything about sound engineering and sound crews, you would realise that his sound engineer and crew did not do their jobs, if he hacd a decent sound crew and engineer they would sound much better. one could can easily see at times he is singing his timing is off and the sound engineer is asleep at the fucking sound board.

Oh my goodness, the CD is much better. Every time I look at one of these live performance videos of Creed, I wonder what on earth happened to Scott Stapp's voice. I suppose when you are actually there the music is so loud that you can't even tell what is going on. But this sounds very, well...not very good.

Of course not. I used to be a Creed fan and I´ve watched tons of live shows and this man has completely out of vocal power and key. He can no longer follow the song properly. While the rest of the band sounds pretty similar to the record, his voice is awful. Look at the other comments. I´m not the only one who thinks this way.

I just wish I understood why he is as terrible as he is now. He's still a charismatic and passionate performer, but...what happened to his voice? I know why he's getting such a bad rap. When you're that revered and on such a high pedestal, and then you fuck up, people are quick to rip you down from there.

Stapp used to be really good live, I don't know what happened. Yes, I think the Alter Bridge DVD live is definitely going to be superior. Though I like both Creed and Alter Bridge, AB is on top for me.

Creed may be back, and I'm glad, because AB and Creed are two different sounds and I enjoy both. BUT Alter Bridge is still moving along just fine. Check up on it, you might be surprised, or dissapointed by what your comment says, either way. Besides, Mark and Brian and Scott Phillip greatly enjoy Myles and playing on stage as AB. Just look how happy they are in AB's live dvd.

What does selling albums have to do with having more talent. The reason AB doesn't sell as many albums as Creed is because a lot of people hated Creed and just labeled them Creed with another singer and didn't give them a chance, even though the music is much different. Then Creed fans hated AB cause they left Scott. That's a lot of people to not like you just 'cause', so they really have an uphill battle in Alter Bridge. Myles has a better voice than most people out there, regardless of sales.

Used to be a huge Creed fan..........then Alterbridge were formed and Creed just sound piss poor in comparison. At the end of the day the guys and just doing it for an extra bit of cash. Ive heard 4 or 5 songs now off the new album and I can definately say I will not be buying it. HURRY BACK ALTERBRIDGE. Scott Stapp is off key in lots of bits of this song btw

Yeah , I pretty much recorded & posted the whole show . I know this , 'cuz I got a copy of the set-list & it lists 2 additional songs (17 - total) - to the ones I have . I think I have the Creed videos posted in , exactly backwards to when it happened . Bullets is the 1st song & there's a bunch of pyro-technics/fire ! The song "Higher" is the last one of the night , & there's a bunch of pyro/fire in this one too .

Yeah Scott has fucking lost it. His AOL Sessions gig sounded good though so I don't know. What I do know is that all of the live concert vids I've seen so far have been of Scott Stapp sucking it up and the other guys rockin. I'm still not convinced I'm buying the album. I might just to have it but I am no where excited for it. Cannot wait for Alter Bridge to be back though. They are amazing. I think that's where the best of Mark's ideas go now.

I'm sorry, but he isn't holding back anything, Stapps singing is flat and cracking quite a lot. This may be because he didn't sing live for so long, but he isn't doing so hot. Check a lot of other current performances, he sounds the same. I don't know what happened to his live voice, but it faded a lot. I like Creed, but every performance I've heard, Scott sounds terrible.

First of all, it's very hard to judge a song from the sound quality of vids from a live show. Second, I think that the thing that adds to Scott's sounding "off" is Eric and Scott's voices not quite going to well together right there. Third, those aren't practically the only words....that's the chorus, and it gets repeated alot; listen carefully...there are plenty of other lyrics in the verses and bridge. Can't wait to hear this & other songs on cd..then we'll hear how it's supposed to sound.

It sounded pretty good to me , where I was at ! And the energy I was feeling there , at the live performance : on the floor , general admission on that floor - The Energy was flowing . Something you only understand , after walking across that floor at a small arena like this one . There was alott of positive energy coming from that stage !

Led Zepplin played songs with him in studio. When has that happened with Stapp, oh yeah, NEVER. Stapp was crying not to be Myles when he heard how kick ass Alter Bridge was.

It was a great show & I was pretty close to where the stage kinda came out , as a narrow walkway , kinda into the middle of the arena . There wasn't as many people in the crowd as I would've guessed . Maybe Creed still has some convincing to do , for some people ; or , maybe it's just the fact that everyone's broke right now .
