wearing gloves make things more dirty in fact. and chefs tend to forget to wash when gloves are worn. it's much better off not wearing them and wash often.
Thanks for posting this video. For years, I have said, "Best turkey sandwich in town." And I mean it! Fresh roasted every day, no skimping! Trust me on this! -- Katherine, San Francisco
I eat lunch at the Crockery almost every day. Nuha makes the best and biggest sandwiches in town. Also Tuesday is Baked Chicken day and she uses Elizabeth Taylor's recipe and boy is it good! Nuha and her husband Sami are the sweetest folks and I love seeing them every day.
I pay 7 or 8 dollars for large delicious sandwiches & burgers with fries and a drink on a regular basis. I think their chicken Teriyaki and Philly Cheesesteak Sando's are the best on the menu.

Woah!! That thing was huge!!!
Jrok2008 3 years ago
wow, that looks just as filling as a big cheese burger, and more healthier too

More filling? yes. Healthier? No.
The spreads used on the breads probably made the sandwich just on par with a cheese burger.

Oh I see... Thats a good point
Thanks

turkey is waaaay leaner than ground beef, and most "spreads" are on the cheesburger too so it's a moot point
